- The Calendar Screen
- The calendar screen makes The Athlete's Log - 2000 powerful and easy to use. Information such as distance, time, and pace are displayed for each day. Weekly and monthly summaries are display to the right, menu options at the top, and buttons at the bottom. An Options Screen allows the user to specify which information is displayed on the calendar. Calendars can be printed with or without workout information.
- Entering a Workout
- Entering a workout is as simple as clicking on a date and then filling in information on the Workout Screen. Additional buttons are available at the bottom of the screen for additional details about the workout. Our Notes Screen allows you to enter notes about your workout. Also, a Splits/Interval Screen is used to enter track type workouts or split information.
- Weekly, Monthly, and Yearly Summaries
- Weekly, Monthly, and Yearly Summaries are automatically updated as each workout is entered. Summaries and workouts can be previewed, printed, and graphed in a variety of orders. Using selection screens you specify exactly which workouts or summaries are to be selected for printing or graphing.
- Course Tracking and Records
- Courses can be built and course records are tracked automatically. Workouts for individual courses can be printed and graphed in a variety of orders. When the Course Option is selected in the Options Screen entering a workout is as simple as selecting a course and entering a time.
- Pace Calculator
- A pace calculator is available to quickly calculate distance, time, or pace. Simply fill in any two of the fields and the third will be calculated. Also, distances can be converted between miles and kilometers.
- User Codes
- User codes can be built to track additional information about your workouts. Two user code fields are available for every workout.
- Miscellaneous Features
- The Athlete's Log - 2000 has three different input modes, single and multiple activity calendars, displays only the information you select, prints calendars with or without workout information, contains planning and actual options, training plans, inventory tracking, unlimited users, and many reports and graphs.
